Problem Statement
Nepal's education system is held back by its traditional methods, causing inconsistent quality and poor access, particularly for rural communities.
Challenges
To succeed, I had to focus on a user-friendly design and deeply understand Nepal's specific needs. Our main challenges were:
- Catering to the different needs of students, teachers, and schools.
- Keeping the platform simple to use while still offering powerful features
- Getting everyone involved to agree on a shared vision fro the platform
I began by conducting a comprehensive audit of the existing platform to understand its complex and often confusing user flows. To clarify this structure, I mapped simplified user flows, which also served as a foundation for seamlessly integrating new features throughout the subsequent phases.
Wireframe
I then translated the user flows into wireframes to visually present the structure and logic to the Project Manager and CEO for feedback and alignment.
High-Fidelity Design
After aligning with the project manager and development team on a feasible feature set based on our budget and timeline, I advanced to creating the high-fidelity designs.
